Hierarchy of Survival Resources

Survival behaviors aren’t a choice. Our bodies demand air, water, food, and safety. They do this through emotions that enlist behaviors to meet THEIR needs. When we can’t bring those resources into our body our survival systems direct our body to behave in ways outside of the mainstream.
